這位客人，雖然有點歲數，但是因為很養生，所以除了小腹及側腰有著囤積的脂肪外，其她的身材保持的非常好，當然因為肚皮有些大及鬆弛，所以最好的手術選擇，應該是腹部拉皮及側腰抽脂，但是因為客人無法接受下腹部有一條長長的疤痕，而逸群也告知客人，這樣的狀況，即使我們同時做了雷射溶脂的處理，但是皮膚的縮緊也是有一定的程度，極有可能在術後後有鬆鬆垮垮的皮膚留下來。但是客人不要留下手術疤痕，寧可在抽脂後，利用按摩、LPG、甚至日後再以電波拉皮的方式，把肚皮拉緊。
其實客人的腰身還ok，就是下腹及下側腰脂肪異常的囤積厲害

圖中箭頭所示，就是在下側腰及腹部的脂肪抽除後，皮膚立刻呈現明顯的凹陷痕跡，畢竟原本有這麼多的皮膚，將來勢必要靠一些其他的方法來改善鬆弛的皮膚。不過客人在術前也提到，其實如果穿衣服的時候，身材好看就好了，畢竟他們穿泳裝的機會也越來越少了

That the main reason why I want to do my tummy even I don't really have as much fat as she had, I thought if I can get rid of the fat and also tighten the skin, that will be perfect idea!
Can you let me know what's the good time and number to call you? If not, can I make an appointment with you for follow up next Tuesday and perheps get something done? (You don't work there on Monday, right?) I'll be in Taiwan on Sunday night and stay for two weeks.

What time do you want me to be there next Tuesday afternoon? Can I eat lunch? How long is the srgery going to be and are you going to remove the fat from my tummy to my butt? Are we going to do just one area only? I have the garment, but just the buttom? I think my waist is 26" and buttock is 36". How much money should I bring with me? How long do I need to be bed rest after that? How long the pain will last?
Also, I think we really need to do something about the puffy fat under my eyes area, it's really getting worst and look real bad!
